We thoroughly exhaust public databases. And we have seasoned investigators on our staff who are really good at getting contact information for people who have moved a lot, or who are difficult to reach. Because we get a lot of mail that comes back undeliverable, we try very hard to contact our subject (the heir, owner or the person entitled to the fund) via telephone.

  • HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU HAVE THE RIGHT PERSON? I NEVER LOST ANY MONEY.

It depends on the complexity of the case, but the time from claim to payment is usually weeks or in some cases months.

  • DO YOU NEED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO MOVE FORWARD?

No! We never ask that privacy-related documents pass through our hands however the hold of the funds may make this request of you to verify identity before sending the claims payment check.
